Launch of the 2025 Renewable Energy Licensing Round

The Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR) is pleased to announce the opening of the 2025 Renewable Energy Licensing Round for solar and wind projects across multiple governorates.

This initiative aligns with Oman’s Vision 2040 goals to increase the share of clean energy in the national mix. Interested developers and investors are invited to submit their expressions of interest and initial documentation by October 15, 2025.
